Here at My Property Partner, we understand how critical it is for Landlords to feel secure about the tenants they have in their property. Our tenant track & trace service will help assist you.

There has to be nothing worse for a landlord than when a tenant has left the rented property in financial arrears and traditionally there was very little that could be done, however, now there is.

Through My Property Partners track & trace service the tenants can be located in several ways –

  • Electronic Tracing – My Property Partner have full access to all the major credit reference agencies, the electoral register, the mail order registrar and all utility companies. Using these services in conjunction with each other we can in almost every instance find where the tenants have relocated to.
  • Physical Tracing – This service works really well with the Electronic Tracing as My Property Partner will then investigate from neighbours and colleagues where the tenants are most likely to be now.
